Start making a change with one 50 minute session to review your health history, uncover health challenges, address your wellness concerns, discuss your current medical conditions, eating habits (past and present) and to set your wellness goals to make a commitment to your health and wellness.

3 Month Wellness Program


This is a 12 week program utilized to address your wellness concerns. Most clients tell me they already know what they have to do...eat better, exercise, and reduce stress, they just don’t know how to begin or how to stay focused. Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal remedies, and natural supplementation we will address your wellness goals, work on health challenges, address eating habits and balance lifestyle.

I will give you the tools you need to heal yourself through low-glycemic metabolic eating and cooking; physician grade nutraceuticals and fresh herbs to help “plug” the holes in diet and address particular health issues; as well as offer lifestyle tools including meditation, journaling, chakra and meridian health to address ways to nourish our mind, body and spirit.

21-Day Detox & Cleanse

Phase 1:  Days 1-7 Detox and Cleanse 
Learn a cleaner way of eating in a metabolic pattern (low-glycemic eating) to promote blood sugar balance. Eat real food while using physician grade nutrients, herbs and botanicals to mildly purge, detoxify and purify the digestive system. Detox/Cleanse maximizes your metabolism to increase weight loss and reduce food cravings. (You may Detox and Cleanse with the seasons to prepare you)

Phase 2:  Days 8-21 Fat Burning
Continue low-glycemic eating with the addition of more protein and aerobic exercise to increase weight loss and reduce inches.

Begins with the 21 Day Kick start (including all the tools above) and transitions into a 12 week program to help you meet your weight loss goals. It is an individual customizable program which utilizes low-glycemic eating, behavior modification, body composition and one on one bi-weekly counseling to help you not only lose weight, but improve muscle tone, reduce fat, create healthy behaviors and learn a way of eating for life. It is the last weight loss program you’ll ever need.
